Gifts of Stock

We appreciate all kinds of support here at PRX, and giving stock is another way you can help make our vital work possible. Not only are your long-term stock donations appreciated by us here at PRX, but you can also reduce your income tax and avoid the capital gains taxes you would have incurred had you sold the stock.

Manage Monthly Donation

Thank you so much for supporting PRX with a monthly gift! If you have questions about your recurring donation to PRX, The World, or Radiotopia, read on or contact us at giving@prx.org  and we can help you out. 

How do I update my credit card information or address?

All online gifts, no matter which area of PRX you support, are managed through Classy, our online donation platform. The easiest way to change your credit card information is by following the “Manage Your Donation” link on your monthly donation receipt. 

  1. At the bottom of your most recent donation email receipt, click on the arrow next to “Manage Your Donation.” 

  2. You’ll be prompted to log in or create an account. If you’ve been giving prior to April 2021 but haven’t logged in to Classy before, click on “Forgot Password” to receive a login link. Make sure to use the same email where your monthly receipt is sent. 

  3. Once you’re logged in, you’ll see a summary of your giving history, including a subheading titled “Recurring Donation.” Click on the “Edit Donation” link. 

  4. From there, you’ll see a summary of your recurring donation. Click on the “Update payment” link in the lower right-hand corner.

  5. You’ll then be able to update your billing information, including your credit card number and billing address. Save your changes when you’re done, and you’re all set!

How do I change or update my recurring donation amount? 

Once you are logged in on Classy, scroll to the “Recurring Donation” subheading and click on the “Edit Donation” link. From there, update the donation amount and then click “Save Changes” below. 

How do I cancel my recurring donation? 

Once you are logged in on Classy, scroll to the “Recurring Donation” subheading and click on the “Edit Donation” link. Scroll to the bottom and click “Cancel Recurring Donation.”

 

Donor Privacy Policy

PRX does not share, trade, sell, or otherwise release donors’ personal information to any third parties. This includes all donor information that is obtained both online and offline. Donors who contribute more than $5,000 will appear in our 990 filings with the IRS, as is required by law, and donors who contribute more than $1,000 are recognized on the Ambassador Council page of our website, unless anonymity is requested. Otherwise, we do not disclose donor information without your explicit consent.
