If you're a certain age you know at least one person who is HIV positive, or has AIDS or has died from the disease. AIDS and HIV are largely preventable and treatable, yet millions still suffer horribly. Joe Richman helped Thembi, a young African girl, profile her experience with the disease. It aired on NPR, but we think you might also want to air this powerful program again on your station.
